Relaxing Day in Alanya: Hammam and Spa

What to Expect

Sauna and Steam Room - the perfect start. The dry warm bath helps in detoxifying the body, while the steam opens the pores and clears the respiratory system. Together, these two procedures prepare the body for the main event: the Turkish hammam.

Hammam - the heart of the Turkish bath. It is a large tiled hall with a central platform where guests lie on heated marble slabs. The room is filled with steam and sounds of flowing water, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hammam attendant uses a kese - a coarse glove, to cleanse the body by removing dead cells, leaving the skin soft and smooth.

Next is the foam massage. The spa center uses special foaming soap made from olive oil and other natural ingredients. The soap is applied to the body, and a massage is done using the traditional Turkish technique.

Lastly, you will receive a clay face mask.

The spa center has Russian-speaking administrators with whom you can discuss your preferences. Each participant will be assigned a personal masseuse. Cold and hot drinks are served in the relaxation area.

• The journey to the complex will take about 15 minutes
• If you wish to stay longer and order additional services, the spa center provides a free return transfer to the hotel
• You can leave your belongings in a locker (locked with a key)
