About this experience
To expand your acquaintance with Uzbekistan beyond Samarkand, we organize a one-day trip to Bukhara. Thanks to a well-thought-out travel program, you will have a whole day to immerse yourself in the beauty of the ancient city. You will stroll through the main squares, be captivated by the patterns and mosaics on the facades of the oldest buildings, and marvel at the skill of the architects.
What to expect
- By the high-speed train Afrosiyob, in just 1.5 hours, you will reach Bukhara.
- We will start the sightseeing tour with the Chashma-Ayub mausoleum. We will walk through the spice bazaar and see the Bolo-Hauz Mosque.
- We will visit the 4th-century Ark fortress and take a walk on Po-i-Kalyan Square with an architectural ensemble of three ancient buildings.
- We will explore the famous trading domes: Toki Saraffon, Toki Telpakfurushon, Toki Zargaron. Here you can buy silk products, embroidery, and much more as souvenirs.
- Later, we will reach the main square of the old part of the city - Lyabi-Hauz, in the center of which there is a reservoir surrounded by 17th-century buildings. Here you can enjoy aromatic tea and taste traditional dishes.
