What to Expect
Shaolin Monastery was founded in 495 AD by an Indian Buddhist monk named Bhadra with the support of the Chinese Emperor Xiaowen. Discover how innovative methods for physical and mental health were developed at the monastery, and the Shaolin monks transformed into a warrior monk corps.
