Program
Wine tasting takes place at a winery located in a paradise corner of one of the valleys of Umbria, 140 km from Rome in the city of Terni.
- The hospitable hosts will welcome you as a dear guest, tell you about the peculiarities of vine cultivation (such as varieties like Grechetto, Merlot, Sangiovese, Grero), about the techniques and technology of wine production, let you taste the best wines, and treat you to a real homemade lunch made from products from local farms.
- In addition to the vineyards, the hosts have their own mini zoo with peacocks, goats, horses, ponies, Indian runner ducks, and other animals.
Organizational Details
- Transfer, tasting, and lunch are included in the price. The price is for a group of two people. For a third person, an additional 40 euros.
- Reservations must be made a week in advance, no later than three days before the planned date on any day except Sunday.
- It is very easy to get to us. High-speed trains depart every hour from Termini train station in Rome. Your train leaves at 09:28 and at 10:35 you will be there. The ticket costs 7 euros and 40 cents one way. At the Terni train station, I will meet you by car. I will provide you with more detailed information on purchasing tickets and the platform number personally.
