Doha: Arabian Market, Skyscrapers, and Ethnographic Village

What to expect

• You will visit an authentic Arabian market, see camels, falcons, Arabian horses. Walk through the labyrinthine streets and enjoy the aroma of various spices, incenses, and perfumes. Taste the local spicy cuisine and coffee.

• Visit an art gallery and take striking photos by the Golden Finger sculpture.

• Drive along Corniche Street and admire the skyscrapers of West Bay, Doha's financial center, beautifully illuminated in the evening.

• Explore Doha's cultural hub - Qatar's Ethnographic Village, where you will be amazed by the grandeur of the Blue and Gold Mosques. Walk down the street with external air conditioning. If you enjoy shopping, you can visit the Lafayette Gallery (a cult French shopping center) or relax with a cup of coffee in one of the cozy cafes.

• At the end of the walk, you will find yourself on the artificial Pearl Island, stroll along the promenade, and take photos against the backdrop of luxurious yachts. Admire the little Venice and climb the 'Bridge of Sighs'.

During the tour, you will learn how this small but rich and ambitious country became what we know it as today. I will also tell you what Qatari women wear under the burqa and reveal interesting facts from Qatar's history.
