In the world's largest surrealist museum, you will explore whimsical installations and trace the artist's creative path. And in the medieval Pubol Castle, you will learn about Dali's love story with his muse Gala.
What to Expect
Dali Theatre-Museum: 3 Floors of Creative Explosion!
Main masterpiece of the artist located in the city of Figueres. On the way there, you will immerse yourself in the life and inseparable creativity of Dali: learn about surrealism and understand the strange, sometimes eerie images in the genius's works. Room by room, you will get acquainted with all stages of the artist's development - from the first still lifes to the famous paintings. You will see installations with the effect of optical illusion and discover interesting facts about Dali - for example, who besides his wife Gala inspired him.
Pubol Castle-Gift
This 11th-century castle, which the great mystifier acquired, renovated, and furnished for Gala. Meanwhile, Dali only visited here by a written invitation from his wife. I'm sure you will be impressed by the fairy tale created by him for his muse! We will talk about the history of their love and admire Gala's collection of dresses created by outstanding designers specifically for her.
