About this experience
Prague is best explored on foot, as the locals say, and we fully agree! Join us for a stroll through the key districts of the Czech capital: from Old Town Square to Prague Castle. Choose one of the 2 routes, and our guide will fill the walk with lively stories, legends, and details that will help you form a complete impression of Prague - a city we love with all our hearts.
What to Expect
We have prepared two enriching routes through the key places in Prague. We recommend starting your introductory city tour with the Red Route and dive into Prague's history the next day with a walk along the Blue Route.
Red Route: Prague's Must-See Attractions
This tour will cover everything that comes to mind when thinking of Prague. We will stroll through the narrow medieval streets of the center, touch upon the most important events in the city's history from the 12th to the end of the 20th century, recall the legends of Prague, and see symbols from different eras. The route includes:
- Charles Bridge
- Old Town
- Old Town Square
- Astronomical Clock Tower
- Mozart Theatre
- Wenceslas Square
- New Town
- John Lennon Wall
- and much more!
Blue Route: Prague Castle and City from Above
This route along the left bank of the Vltava River is more consistent in terms of architectural and historical aspects. You will find yourself on quiet streets of New World and the Hradčany district with beautiful facades, cobblestones, and lanterns that are not overcrowded with tourists, immersing yourself in the 13th-15th century history of Prague. You will also enjoy stunning city panoramas from above: our path includes several impressive viewpoints! The program also features:
- Strahov Monastery
- New World
- Hradčany
- St. Vitus Cathedral
- Prague Castle
- Golden Lane, where alchemists once lived
- and other interesting spots.
After the tour, we will gladly share recommendations on where to try the best Czech beer and local cuisine, what else to see in Prague on your own, and which places in the Czech Republic are worth visiting.
Who Will Enjoy the Tour
- Those who want to see all the highlights of the city and decide where to go next on their own, as well as ask questions to a local expert.
- And of course, those visiting Prague for the first time.
