Discover authentic Budapest! You will see the main sights of the city, stroll through the bohemian quarter, learn about the history of the Hungarian capital, enjoy panoramic views from observation decks, and learn about the culture and traditions of the Hungarian people.
What to expect
Red Route
You will discover the colorful spirit of the city on a walk along the 'Hungarian Broadway' - Andrássy Avenue. We will recall ancient legends at Vajdahunyad Castle and examine the old building of the opera house and St. Stephen's Basilica. We will find the monument to Anonymus and many wonderful places known only to locals. You will learn where to try dishes from the rich and extremely interesting Hungarian cuisine, how to choose authentic souvenirs, and which museums are worth visiting.
Blue Route
We will explore the main attractions of Buda: the fortress, the Royal Palace, Fisherman's Bastion, and Matthias Church. You will learn about the happy and difficult times in the city's history, as well as how people live here today, and how Buda differs from Pest today. A breathtaking panorama of the city will open up before us, and you can take great photos to remember!

Organizational details
- The tour follows two daily alternating routes. You can familiarize yourself with the route map and schedule in the 'Photos' section.
- On both routes, the group will need to use public transport, the ticket price is 450 forints, just over 1 euro
- Several guides conduct the tour, so if the group is full on the day you are interested in, write to us - we will add you to another group
- The tour is entirely on foot. Convenient stops and photo breaks with advantageous angles of the sights are provided along the way. We only inspect all objects from the outside.
- The tour is conducted without headphones
- At the end of the tour, there will be a question and answer session: you can ask the guide any questions about Budapest, discuss the tour, and exchange impressions!
