Peek behind the scenes of a carpet factory. Visit a church built in 1842. Stroll along the riverbank. And also - interact with friendly ostriches and learn how they ended up in Armenia.
What to Expect
Dolma Cooking Masterclass and Carpet Factory
Together with a chef and a guide, you will prepare a traditional Armenian dish in a restaurant at the carpet factory. While your culinary masterpiece is cooking, you will walk around the factory - learn how it emerged and how its production is organized.
When the dolma is ready, you will take it with you. Or you can eat it on the spot!
Church of Saint Sarkis
This 23-meter church is one of the oldest in Yerevan. You will examine the exterior and interior decoration of the church and learn how Sarkis became the patron saint of lovers and what girls eat on his feast day to dream of their intended.
Razdan River Promenade and Gorge
You will walk along the shore of one of the largest rivers in Armenia - Razdan - and admire the incredible nature. Then you will explore the Razdan Gorge. You will see a sports ground, an abandoned children's railway, and the one-acre Kiev Bridge.
Ostrich Farm
On the farm's territory, you will feed the ostriches and learn more about these amazing birds. You will hear how ostriches live in the Armenian climate and how the idea of creating a farm here came about.
Organizational Details
- The trip takes place in a 6-seater Mercedes-Benz car. There is a child seat, phone chargers, blankets, pillows, and umbrellas.
- The tour is suitable for adults and children. The only point - I ask very young travelers to remove their outdoor shoes in the car.
