Immerse yourself in French culture by visiting the market and tasting local products–it's a must! The locals adore everything related to cuisine, and food is always at the center of attention. I will take you to the market where you will try select Provencal snacks, and then we will stroll through the streets of the Old Town, exploring its most interesting corners.

A burst of colors and scents–Provencal Market
J’ai une faim de loup! – I am hungry like a wolf! Je n’ai pas assez mangé – I haven't had enough to eat yet. These are two phrases you will definitely need at the market to try everything and more. You are in the best place to discover the culinary specialties of the region. Meaty olives, fragrant cheeses of different varieties, anchovies, local vegetables and fruits, aromatic spices, and of course, the famous rosé wine–you will leisurely taste it all, exchange a couple of phrases in a mix of languages with the locals, listen to my observations about the French's taste preferences, and soak up the ambiance from head to toe.
A leisurely tour of the Old Town
After a pleasant aperitif in the fresh air, we will wander through the medieval streets towards the top of the Suquet hill, occasionally stopping at interesting and charming landmarks. Along the way, I will share the city's history in an effortless manner, talk about the locals' way of life, and treat you to curious facts about Cannes. Upon reaching the top of the hill, a breathtaking view of Cannes, the Lérins Islands, the Bay of La Napoule, and the Esterel Mountains awaits you. You will admire the panorama, take memorable photos, and put an exclamation point on our wonderful walk :)
