About this experience
You will drive and walk through the historical sites of Buda and Pest, see the main attractions and hidden corners, hear urban legends. I will tell you the most interesting facts about the city and its inhabitants. The Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion, Gellert Thermal Bath, Terror Museum, and much more are included in our program!
What to expect
During the route, we will travel in a comfortable car and make 3 stops, where we will explore the most interesting sights on foot.
First stop
You will see the Buda Castle, experience the beauty of the Holy Trinity Square, St. Matthias Church, Fisherman's Bastion with a panoramic view of the Parliament. You will visit a traditional two-hundred-year-old coffee house where you can try famous Hungarian pastries. I will introduce you to the history of King Matthias reflected in the famous sculpture composition 'The Hunt'. I will show you the zero kilometer of Budapest and the famous Chain Bridge with lions.
Second stop
We will drive to Gellert Hill, where you will enjoy the view of the Danube bridges, the Citadel fortress, and the Liberty Statue. Then we will head to the Gellert Thermal Bath. Along the way, you will see the Green Bridge, the city market, the National Museum, St. Stephen's Basilica, the Budapest 'Elysian Fields,' the zoo, and the Terror Museum.
Third stop
Our route includes Heroes' Square, Vajdahunyad Castle, Roman Chapel, Agricultural Museum in Neobaroque style, and the Art Gallery. We will visit the Secheni Thermal Bath. We will descend into Europe's oldest metro and experience its uniqueness.
At the end of the tour, I will take you back to the hotel or, if you wish, to one of the traditional restaurants.

Organizational details
- We will mostly walk during the tour and use a comfortable Toyota Verso car for transportation from Buda to Pest along the embankments, bridges, and avenues
- We will only observe the attractions from outside. We will only enter the lobby of the Secheni Thermal Bath
- The program is suitable for adults and children over 12 years old
- I will adjust the route based on your interests, mood, and physical fitness
- No mandatory extra expenses. You can choose to buy tea, coffee, desserts, and souvenirs along the way
