You will travel through the most picturesque places in Cappadocia. Take a stroll through surreal valleys with 'fairy chimneys,' visit an open-air museum with rock-cut monasteries, and see the mysterious Uchisar fortress. And in the town of Avanos, you can mold your own clay 'pot of luck'!
What to expect
Uchisar Fortress — admire the whimsical 60-meter rock that has been used as a fortress since the Hittite period. Unravel the secret of its name and learn how people lived in it in ancient times.
Valley of Love — we will show you the most photogenic valley in the region from a viewpoint.
Avanos — the center of Cappadocia's pottery art. Learn about the history of this amazing place and try your hand at molding a 'pot of luck'.
Pasabag Valley — we will show you extraordinary rock columns shaped like mushrooms. We will explain why they are called 'fairy chimneys' or 'fairy houses'.
Devrent Valley — a real magic box for travelers with a rich imagination. You will see whimsical rock formations resembling camels, a sitting hen, kissing doves, a Georgian in a cap, and even Napoleon.
