About this experience
Monaco is an amazing place, shrouded in rumors and mysteries. You will hear its extraordinary history, see the main sights and hidden corners, and enjoy magnificent landscapes. I will help you explore the world of the principality from different perspectives and feel its unique atmosphere.
What to Expect
All "postcards" of Monaco
We will meet at the exit of the train station, near the charming chapel of Saint Devote. Next, we will head to the historical part of the city, where you will admire the majestic Cathedral of St. Nicholas, an active church, and the burial place of the Grimaldi dynasty. You will also visit the palace, where the family of Prince Albert II still resides. Then we will move to the most densely populated area of the city - Monte Carlo. You will learn whose name it bears, peek into the legendary casino, and hear its fascinating history. To conclude, I will show you a section of the Formula 1 track - the most dangerous and, at the same time, the slowest.
Inside Monaco
You will discover all the most interesting facts about Monaco: what mark Coco Chanel left at the Monte Carlo Casino, how one of the princes increased the territory of the tiny state by 25 hectares, how many kilometers Monaco is entitled to "take" from the Mediterranean Sea, and where the world's largest wine cellar is located. Also, why Monaco's prison is considered the most comfortable in the world, how much it costs to spend 1 day as an inmate, what the city will look like in 2025, and how many square meters need to be built in the principality every 10 years to sustain its existence.
