What to Expect
Classic Monaco Sites
In the Old Town, I will show you the Prince's Palace, where the Albert II family still resides, and the white stone Cathedral of Saint Nicholas in Romanesque style. You will also uncover the legends associated with the legendary local casino, and visit the Roman Catholic Church of Saint Devota, dedicated to the patron saint of Monaco.
Public Art Pieces
Strolling through picturesque streets, you will see the most interesting street sculptures of Monaco. For example, the "Man on a Bench" by Segal and the unusual depiction of Adam and Eve by the Colombian artist Botero. Additionally, I will introduce you to the works of Verkade, Fernandes, and other famous masters. The walk concludes in Fontvieille Park, where you will see sculptures by contemporary artists from around the world.
