About this experience
The route of the famous TV show will show you Monaco from the most interesting angle. You will form an opinion about both the modern luxury part of the city and the historical one. The casino and Monte Carlo district, the Formula 1 track, the Prince's Palace, the port with white yachts, and the cathedral: these places will serve as a backdrop for stories about the past of the principality, its rulers, and residents.
What to Expect
The Perfect Introduction to the Principality
You will immediately appreciate Monaco: we will start the walk from a panoramic balcony, where we will admire the harbor and visit the tourist office - for a beautiful stamp of the principality in your passport. From the hotel rooftop, you will see the new district being built right on the water. And taking a ride on the city elevator, you will feel the prince's care for residents and travelers. In addition, you will enjoy a short boat ride in the Hercule port.
In the Old Town, we will see the Prince's Palace and the Cathedral. Through narrow streets, we will reach the Oceanographic Museum housed on the edge of a cliff.
A separate theme will be the transport 'Monaco-style'. We will walk along a section of the Formula 1 track, find a monument to a racing driver, and admire the 'exhibition' of luxury cars near the Monte Carlo Casino. Finally, we will visit the museum of vintage and racing cars from the collection of Prince Rainier, which you can explore after the walk.
The Phenomenon of Monaco
In 3 hours, you will learn about the peculiarities of the principality. I will tell you about its structure and the history of the oldest dynasty ruling in Monaco. You will hear about how the first prince captured these lands, about the family and interests of the current Prince Albert II. We will also talk about the mentality and life of Monagasques, the most famous yacht owners, and elite real estate in the city.
