What to Expect
Oasis Retreat
The journey to the luxurious natural location - Wadi Shab Valley - will take about 1.5 hours. You will find yourself in a fairytale corner of the Sultanate - a real paradise with crystal clear water, banana plantations, and magical rock formations! Take a short boat trip on the miniature lake accompanied by the melodious singing of birds. And a delicious lunch awaits you afterward.
Sunset Amidst the Dunes
Next, we will head to the largest desert in Oman - Wahiba. You will visit the Bedouins and, if you wish, ride camels. Observing the dunes closely, you will see the constant movement of sands. And the sunset in this place is simply fantastic! After enjoying the views, we will head back. On the way, the guide will tell you about Oman, its religion and cuisine, and also reveal the secret of how the country managed to become so prosperous in just 50 years.
Detailed Itinerary:
09:00 - meet at the hotel reception and depart towards the city of Sur
09:00–11:00 - transfer to Wadi Shab oasis
11:30–13:30 - exploring the oasis
13:30–14:30 - lunch at a local restaurant
14:30–16:00 - transfer to the Bedouin house
16:00–17:00 - visiting the Bedouin house
17:10–17:30 - camel riding (optional)
17:30–18:30 - sunset in the desert
19:00–20:30 - transfer back to the hotel
