About this experience
Get acquainted with the history and sights of the two famous islands of Paris. On one we will find the most famous buildings of the French capital, on the other - less known but no less remarkable architectural masterpieces and a unique atmosphere of old France.
Islands
The two islands that make up the heart of the French capital are extremely different. On the first, on the Cité, are located the most revered and famous architectural landmarks of the French capital, such as the Cathedral of Notre-Dame, the Royal Palace of Conciergerie, and the famous St. Chapelle chapel with its exquisite stained glass windows.
The Saint-Louis Island, connected to the Cité by a pedestrian bridge, is much smaller in size but nonetheless a true oasis of aristocratic mansions from the 17th century, rural streets, green embankments, and shops with regional products.
