After the fall of the Western Roman Empire, a dazzling star named Ravenna shone in the European sky - I will tell you about those days and help you 'reach' for the stars. You will find them in tales of Dante's poetry, legendary Byzantine mosaics of ancient churches, and even on the sidewalks of streets. You will be charmed by the gold of the dome mosaic of the Orthodox Baptistery and explore the collection of the Archbishop's Museum of Ravenna.
Basilicas and Mausoleums of Ravenna
The most beautiful basilicas in Ravenna will open their doors: you will admire unique Byzantine mosaics in the Sant'Apollinare Nuovo church, visit the Basilica of St. Francis with real golden fish, and uncover the secrets of the church of San Vitale's symbols. You will visit the tomb of Dante Alighieri, learn about the poet's last years of life and the sad fate of Francesca da Rimini. And in the mausoleum of Galla Placidia, you will plunge into the deep blue of the vaults decorated with early Christian mosaics.

The cost of the tour does not include a single ticket to all museums and churches (in the spring-summer period - €11.5; discounted - €10.5. Children under 10 years old only need a ticket to the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia - €2. In the period from October to March, the cost of tickets is €2 lower).
