In one of the four capitals of the Roman Empire, the former city of Sirmium, you will hear about the ancient periods of Antiquity and learn about what modern buildings of Sremska Mitrovica hide. Visit the royal palace and admire the valuable preserved mosaic. Nearby, I will show you an unusual monument to the most popular animals in these parts, which you will later see live. I will also tell you about the beliefs of local residents and traditional rituals - many here like to joke on this topic, but at the same time, they take the rituals very seriously.
Visiting Serbian Donkeys
Next, your path will lead you to a nature reserve, where you will visit the only donkey farm in Serbia. Gourmets can try donkey milk or the rare and very valuable cheese. Thermal Complex
Here you will spend 3-3.5 delightful hours.
