- Whale Safari in Hermanus - the best place to observe giant southern whales in their natural habitat. In summer, the whales come very close to the bay shore. You will see mating games and breaches, and the professional rangers accompanying you will share interesting facts about the giants' way of life, as well as their conservation and study by scientists.
- Penguin Colony at Stony Point Beach on Bettys Bay. You will observe the life of these charming birds in their natural environment, see their habits and behaviors. I will talk about the life cycle of penguins, their adaptation to the environment, and the non-fictional threats to their existence.
