What to Expect
Shamakhi Mosque: Explore the mosque, the second oldest in the Caucasus after Derbent. Learn about the different historical periods reflected in this 8th-century monument that shaped the architecture of the entire region.
'Seven Beauties' Waterfall: This magnificent natural wonder is located in a picturesque area of Azerbaijan. Immerse yourself in the grandeur and tranquility of the surroundings.
Lake Nohur: Near Gabala, you will visit a lake surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery. A perfect place to unwind from city life, where you can enjoy a boat ride, horseback riding, and relax with a cup of tea by the lake.
Tufandag Ski Resort: In summer, Mount Tufandag reveals its alpine meadows, ideal for walks and enjoying the fresh mountain air. In winter, it becomes a haven for skiers and snowboarders with well-prepared slopes and modern facilities. Relax in the resort area and take a cable car ride to the summit, where you'll be greeted by panoramic views of the Caucasus Mountains.
Honey House: Finally, in Gabala, taste natural Azerbaijani honey and other national sweets.
Organizational Details
- The excursion is conducted in a Mercedes Vito minivan (up to 6 passengers) or a Mercedes Sprinter minibus
- Additional expenses: cable car ride - 19 manat (~12$) per person, lunch - 20-25 manat (12-15$) per person, purchases at the Honey House (optional)
