Renowned lands of Eastern Georgia: individual journey
About this experience
Once upon a time, Georgia went through difficult times full of raids, invasions, and battles. Back then, it was inappropriate to wish for health, so the Georgian greeting 'gamarjoba' means 'victory'. The people endured and preserved their culture, values, and important architectural landmarks, which we will see with you. We will travel through the famous lands of Eastern Georgia from the winemaking regions to the high mountainous area - from Kakheti to Kazbegi. We will stay in the capital and among the peaks, visit the ancient Mtskheta, Stalin's hometown, and sacred places. We will visit historical and modern wineries and taste traditional dishes.
