About this experience
The Princes' Islands are a paradise: no cars, plenty of beautiful villas surrounded by greenery and flowers. We will head here on a luxurious private yacht accompanied by a captain. After touring each island from the water, we will dock at Buyukada Island: strolling through its streets, we will talk about its history and understand the cultural mix found here.
What to Expect
Hotel Transfer. In the morning, you will be met at the hotel and taken to our dock in a luxurious Mercedes Vito—and after the excursion, you will be brought back to the hotel as well.
Yacht Excursion. Breathing in the fresh sea air and enjoying the yacht ride, you will delve into the history of the city and the Princes' Islands. How did the islands live in the Byzantine era, what changed with the arrival of the Ottomans? We will talk about the rise and modern life of the islands, about notable personalities and events associated with them. And from the water, we will tour each island: each of them holds many stories.
Buyukada Island. We will dock at the largest of the Princes' Islands. We will visit the central square, admire the unique architecture of the main shopping street, and also see the house where Trotsky stayed, and the villas with ghosts. You will understand how the island's appearance reflects the blend of Greek, Armenian, Turkish, and Jewish cultures—and be charmed by this place.
