About this experience
The province of Antalya is home to many magnificent artifacts of the past. You will see grand ancient amphitheaters, walls, gates, remnants of squares and churches. I will tell you about the way people lived here many centuries ago, about the connections of these places with Alexander the Great and Apostle Paul.
What to Expect
Perge: Time Travel
You will get acquainted with the history of the ancient city of Perge and see its main attractions that have survived to this day: a theater for 12 thousand people, a stadium, baths, gates in the form of round towers, a marketplace, a fountain, a church, and an acropolis. I will tell you how Perge became a major port of Pamphylia, how it influenced the spread of Christianity, and who was its patroness.
