I will be your guide, storyteller, and photographer, showing you the most photogenic spots of the 'Thousand Doors' district and revealing its secrets. Instead, it's an oasis of calm and everyday life with incredible energy and a unique way of living. I will help you find the most photogenic spots on Balat's streets and show you the 'Thousand Doors' district from the inside out. You'll admire the colorful houses, ascend to impressive viewpoints, peek into authentic cafes, and take hundreds of atmospheric photos - in Balat, they always turn out beautifully! And I'll be happy to capture you against the backdrop of the 'Other Istanbul.'

In between cool shots and searching for interesting angles, we'll talk about the lives of ordinary Istanbulites, their daily routines, traditions, and mentality. We won't overlook Balat itself - I'll explain why this once grand and wealthy district is now considered urban slums and what sets it apart from other districts of Istanbul. We'll also discuss the nuances of Turkish cuisine - I'll gladly share tips on where in the city you can grab a delicious bite and which dishes you won't find anywhere else in the world.
