About this experience
I will show you the best locations in Phang Nga. You will visit the sea gypsy village, explore ancient rock paintings, discover statues of hungry spirits in a cave - and that's just the beginning! Get ready for an immersion into local traditions and culture without dry theory: it will be easy, fun, interesting, and most importantly - beneficial.
What to Expect
- Samet Nangshe - a must-visit spot if you want to enjoy one of the best views in Thailand. From a height of about 200 meters above sea level, you will see 42 islands of Phang Nga Bay!
- Sea Gypsy Village. After reaching the pier by car, we will switch to long-tails - boats created according to ancient Thai traditions - and head to the sea gypsy village. You will observe the unique lifestyle of the local residents, preserved from ancient times, and visit the largest souvenir market.
- Ko Talu Island. We will take a canoe ride and admire not only the azure lagoons, vertical cliffs, uninhabited islands, but also the ancient wonders of nature - mysterious grottoes and caves with stalactites and stalagmites.
- Legendary James Bond Island, where the first Bond film 'The Man with the Golden Gun' was shot. Here, you must take a photo and make a wish in a special power spot.
- Kao Khan. On the way back to the pier, we will stop at rocks where ancient rock paintings are preserved. The age of the images is estimated to be from 1.5 to 3 thousand years. A unique place with a special atmosphere!
- Temple of Hell and Heaven. Thailand is truly a country of contrasts: this place is a bright confirmation of that. You will see shocking statues of hungry spirits, and then immerse yourself in the pleasant atmosphere of paradise. Optionally, you can also visit a cave and an observation tower.
- Wat Suwan Kuha - a cave temple with about a thousand monkeys. We may be able to see some of them, so have your cameras ready!
