About this experience
Thailand is a picturesque country in general. But Phang Nga Province is a special delight. Most of it consists of national parks and unreal landscapes, as if from a postcard. That's where we will head. We will visit the famous Bond Island, take a boat ride along mangrove forests, kayak inside whimsical caves, and admire all this beauty from above.
What to expect
Samet Nangshe Viewpoint
The journey to this location will take us from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours (depending on traffic). Along the way, the guide will talk about the nature and history of Thailand. At Samet Nangshe, we will stop for half an hour. You can enjoy coffee and breakfast overlooking the stunning Phang Nga Bay. The most picturesque time to visit is in winter or spring at sunrise. During the rest of the year, it's best to come in the morning or during the day.
Sea trip on a colorful long-tail boat along the mangrove forests
A 10-minute drive by car will take us to the pier. We will switch to an individual boat and head to James Bond Island. On site, the guide will share stories about the filming of the famous movie and the location itself. They will suggest angles for great photos. And of course, you can swim in the invigorating crystal-clear water here.
Kayaking along towering cliffs and inside whimsical caves
The next point on our route is the boat station. We will put on life jackets and on small inflatable kayaks guided by boatmen, we will venture into the cave-like group of islands that form 4 walls. It will be beautiful and unusual! We will add more impressions on Ko Saang Island, where we will visit a cave with stalactites, stalagmites, and helictites. You will learn how they appeared here on the tour.
