About this experience
In 1482, Leonardo da Vinci left Florence and arrived in Milan, one of the wealthiest cities at the time. His patron was the ruler of Milan, Duke Ludovico Sforza, who maintained his own army, had a passion for music and art, and spent vast amounts of money on lavish celebrations and purchasing works of art. In Milan, Leonardo da Vinci experienced the longest and most productive period of his life and work. The great genius spent 20 years of his life here.
During the tour, we will discuss his genius, da Vinci's creations, his influence - starting at the monument of Leonardo da Vinci in La Scala square, then moving to the Royal Palace where Leonardo da Vinci's studio was located at that time. Passing by the Ambrosian Art Gallery where one of da Vinci's diaries is kept, as well as his famous portrait of a musician, we will approach the Sforza family castle, whose interiors were adorned by the great artist himself.
After the castle, we will visit the former monastery of Santa Maria delle Grazie, where the unparalleled fresco by Leonardo da Vinci,
