Introduction to the Mosque
Our tour will start in front of the main entrance. You will enter the courtyard where I will explain the components of the mosque. You will learn where the very first minaret was located and what functions it served, where and for what purpose the faithful performed ritual ablutions before prayer.

Next, we will enter the former prayer hall. Before you will appear the incredible wealth of decorative ornamentation. The greatness of the rulers of the caliphate is literally in every detail here! I will tell you about all the stages of the construction of this grand structure, its rich history, majestic architecture, and the symbiosis of various cultures and styles.
Secrets of the Mosque
The culmination of the tour will be the visit to the main chapel, transept, and choir of the Cathedral, which were integrated into the central part of the mosque. After my story, you will learn about the intrigues that unfolded before the start of construction and the immortal phrase uttered by the king when he saw a mosque previously unknown to him.

- Entrance tickets to the mosque are paid separately. Adults - €13, seniors over 65 and students 15-26 years old - €10, children 10-14 years old - €7, children up to 10 years old - free of charge.
- If the group is larger than 9 people, an audio system is additionally paid for. The cost of each headset is €1.5.
