About this experience
I invite you to a soulful and picturesque journey from Baku to Lenkoran! You will visit Lake Khanbulan, see an ancient lighthouse, and taste exotic fruits in the citrus fields. And for a short while, we will switch to a prepared off-road vehicle and reach the waterfalls in the tropical forest. I will be your reliable and friendly guide.
What to expect
- We depart in the morning from Baku, drive about 2.5 hours and stop in the town of Lerik. Switching to a jeep, we travel through the tropical forest to the picturesque waterfalls.
- We return to our car and head to the resort town of Lenkoran. I will show you its highlights: Lake Khanbulan, a 18th-century lighthouse, and the Caspian beach with darkish-quartz sand.
- We visit the citrus fields. You will see how citrus trees are cultivated and harvested. You will taste local fruits and jams.
- We try the national cuisine in a village restaurant, where they prepare amazing "lyavyangi". Or we buy products and have a picnic in a scenic spot.

- Transportation to the waterfalls by jeep is an extra cost - $40 per car. It takes about 15-20 minutes off-road in one direction + 5 minutes on foot.
