About this experience
The East of Bali is a place for connoisseurs of beauty. You will visit the stunning water palace of Tirta Gangga and stroll through the magnificent Royal Park. This is a real Balinese Versailles: fountains, statues, elegant architecture, and picturesque ponds. And you will also visit the ancient Goa Lawah caves and relax on one of the best beaches on the island.
What to Expect
Authentic East of Bali
You will see the most interesting places in this part of the island:
- Goa Lawah Caves — we will visit the ancient lava caves located in the Klungkung principality. You will hear their history and see the bats inhabiting them. We will also visit the Shivaite temple by the caves. Local residents believe it protects them from evil spirits.
- Tirta Gangga Water Palace — once a royal retreat, today it delights travelers with its beauty. You will admire lush gardens and lakes, ponds and fountains, stone carvings, and statues. I will tell you about the interesting events that took place in the palace.
- Taman Ujung Royal Park — we will visit the magnificent park built in 1921. You will walk along its well-kept paths, enjoying the ponds, trees, and mountain views.
- Virgin Beach — we will visit one of the most beautiful beaches in Bali. Here you will find white sand, rarely any waves, and a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
