About this experience
Northern Bali is a place with pristine nature and a peaceful atmosphere. You will enjoy the fresh cool air, swim in the mountain waterfall Banumala, and see three volcanic lakes: Bratan, Buyan, and Tamblingan. You will also visit two stunning ancient temples: Tanah Lot and Ulun Danu. Along the way, I will tell you many interesting facts about Balinese traditions and culture.
What to Expect
Tanah Lot Temple - in Balinese, its name means 'land in the sea'. This is explained by the unusual location of the temple: on a large coastal rock, surrounded by roaring waves during high tide. I invite you to admire this magnificence!
Banumala Waterfall - you will visit one of the most beautiful cascading waterfalls in Bali, 40 meters high, and if you wish, you can swim in its cool crystal clear water.
Ulun Danu Bratan Temple - the hallmark of northern Bali. Built on Lake Bratan in the 16th century, it has survived to this day in its original form. I will tell you to whom it is dedicated and explain the features of traditional Balinese architecture using this temple as an example.
Twin Hill Viewpoint - a picturesque spot where you can enjoy the panorama of the Buyan and Tamblingan lakes.
