About this experience
The route includes both major attractions and lesser-known monuments of history and architecture that are an integral part of Paris. You will get acquainted with the mysterious Paris of the Middle Ages, see Renaissance monuments, the age of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo, admire the brilliant royal city of Baroque and Classicism, largely rebuilt during the Napoleons in the 19th century.
Discovering modern Paris of the era of Georges Pompidou and François Mitterrand will be a wonderful addition. You will understand what attracts tourists from all over the world to this city. These are bygone eras, the spirit of which still fills Paris, these are cozy streets, cafes, bakeries where everyone who has left their mark on the history of the city and the country used to visit.
What to expect
- The heart of Paris - the medieval island of Île de la Cité with the Cathedral of Notre-Dame and the bourgeois island of Saint-Louis, where the most delicious ice cream in all of France is sold.
- Latin Quarter - the quarter of Sorbonne students and intellectuals. Monastic architecture of the 13th century intertwines with ancient Roman ruins here and is adjacent to such monumental buildings of the 18th century as the Pantheon.
- Marais Quarter, which survived the city reconstruction in the 19th century and retained the appearance of the 17th century. We will get acquainted with squares, mansions, and churches that remember the Musketeers, the heroes of Alexandre Dumas's famous novel.
- Completely bourgeois Saint-Germain-des-Prés quarter - the oldest church in Paris, the oldest cafe, and the most beautiful garden.
- The quarter around the famous Louvre - monumental Gothic architecture, Palais-Royal and Tuileries gardens, the Comédie-Française theater, luxurious Place Vendôme, and Place de la Concorde.
During our tour, upon your request, we can arrange lunch at a French restaurant, taste the most delicious Parisian ice cream, or have coffee in a traditional bakery with dessert.
The route can be adjusted to your liking and start from any place you desire.

Please note that the tour is on foot and lasts for 7 hours. We will cover quite a considerable distance. Wear comfortable shoes!
