What to Expect
The Greatest Brand – 'Jesus Christ': Era of Imperial Regalia
In the first part, we will immerse ourselves in the world of the Habsburgs. We will explore the strategies they used to magnify the dynasty and maintain power. Through imperial regalia (scepters, crowns), symbolic objects (altars, chalices, monstrances), and luxurious clothing, we will see how the church became the key brand of that time.
Church as Power
Let's investigate the positions held by the church over centuries and how its image is still in demand by politicians today. by examining the church treasures, we will discuss:
- Suffering as a means of mobilizing believers
- Sacred artifacts as tools for legitimizing power (Spear of Destiny, Veil of Veronica)
- Shaping the religious and political landscape through the emotional impact of religion
Social Networks – in the Era of Emperors and Today
In this part of the tour, we draw fascinating parallels. What attributes do we use to promote ourselves on social media – and how was this done in the era of emperors. The Order of the Golden Fleece and Napoleon's Chamber will serve as examples of successful promotion strategies.
