About this experience
San Francisco is the most liberal and ultra-modern, incredibly expensive city with an amazing history. And I will help you find common ground with it: show you how life boils in different neighborhoods and how wild nature coexists with concrete jungles, tell you about the multicultural society. And the breathtaking panoramas of the downtown and the ocean will help you embrace the unbounded in one go.
What awaits you
From the center to the periphery
We will start from the central square of the city, named after the Union of States: here are the main department stores, hotels, and restaurants. You will see the monument to the victory of the USA over Spain, the graceful building of the City Hall, and the impressive Public Library. Our route lies past the headquarters of the legendary Levi Strauss firm - I will tell you how the history of the Gold Rush is connected with jeans, and after the tour, I suggest you visit the museum dedicated to this item of clothing.
Kaleidoscope of neighborhoods
We will ride through the most diverse neighborhoods of the city: Haight-Ashbury - the birthplace of hippies, Castro, wealthy Sea Cliff and its neighbor inexpensive Richmond, the new district Twitter. We will definitely stop by the world's largest Chinatown, where you can visit souvenir shops and feel the atmosphere of an 'American' China, and visit the Italian quarter. In addition to cafes with Italian cuisine, you will find Victorian houses here - and I will tell you what is remarkable about the church of Peter and Paul.
Wild nature in a big city
San Francisco is full of wonders, and one of them is sea lions, which you can easily meet on the docks of the Pier 39 area. After admiring the fauna of the metropolis, we will walk along the chic promenade of the Marina district and reach the Presidio park. Here you will enjoy untouched flora, stand on the 'Edge of the Earth', where the daylight ends on the American continent, and take a photo with a view of the 'Golden Gate' bridge. And also visit the park with the botanical garden Sutro Heights, where you will have a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
