In just a couple of hours, you will see both famous landmarks and hidden gems away from the tourist paths: the heart of the city - Dam Square, its artery - the Amstel river, and hundreds of veins and capillaries - the water canals. You will learn about thousands of cheese varieties and the famous herring, hear the tragic story of the tulip, and understand how Amsterdam achieved such greatness.

Must-see Places
History of the city starts at Dam Square: it went a long way from a fish market to the political and economic center of Amsterdam. The city got its name from the Amstel river - you will walk along the shore and learn how a small village grew into a capital city. You will stroll along the canals that are over 400 years old. We will visit a hidden catholic church tucked inside a former island, laugh at the fate of witches at the Scale House, and explore the Flower Market: tulips have been sold here since the 19th century.
Off the Beaten Path
Jordaan district - a quiet spot with cozy cafes, narrow streets, and hidden courtyards, away from prying eyes. Here you can escape the hustle and bustle of touristy places and feel the atmosphere of old Amsterdam. Brewery Canal, considered the most beautiful in the city, will show you houseboats moored along the shore. In the past, these were not the wealthiest citizens' dwellings, but today it is elite housing.
The City Past and Present
Amsterdam prospered thanks to its progressive business approach. To this day, it remains a city of freedom.
