About this experience
Friends, I invite you to a journey to one of the most picturesque places in Armenia - a lake born from glaciers, at the foot of the northern peak of Aragats at an altitude of 3000 m. You will spend a wonderful day - breathe the cleanest air, relax on a picnic, appreciate the diversity of flora and fauna and with my help try yourself in sapboarding if you wish.
What to expect
- From Yerevan we will head to the Aragatsotn region. On the way, there is a food court - we can stop and buy products for a picnic, which I will gladly prepare for you.
- Next, we will go to the northern peak of Aragats - the highest point in Armenia at an altitude of 4090 m above sea level. Driving along the mountain road, you will enjoy picturesque landscapes and may even see ground squirrels in their natural habitat.
- We will stop at the beautiful high-mountain Lake Rapi, where you will enjoy a cozy picnic and get plenty of cool photos and drone videos. Just you, the lake, the mountains, the sun, and optionally a sapboard - I will definitely teach you how to ride it if you want.
Organizational details
- Additional expenses: sapboard rental - 15,000 drams, picnic products - optional
- The trip will be in a Toyota 4Runner off-road vehicle. We will drive to Lake Rapi for about 2 hours
- You will receive photos and drone videos on the day of the trip
- The tour will be interesting for adults and children from 4 years old
