Afterward, we will head to Salzkammergut, drive along the lakes, and admire the idyllic view of Lake Wolfgang from a viewing platform.
What to Expect
Cluster of Lakes
On the way to the capital of classical music, you will hear the history of Austria, get acquainted with its culture and traditions. Starting off, we will head to Salzkammergut - the lakes region in the Alps. Here, we will make stops in the town of Mondsee by the lake of the same name and on the hill beyond the town of Sankt Gilgen, where Mozart's mother was born. From this viewpoint, you will enjoy the panorama of Lake Wolfgang and capture the beauty of the blue waves surrounded by mountains in your photographs.
Salzburg's Beauties
You can look forward to a tour of the capital of classical music, its cozy streets, where after the guide's narration, the old houses and squares will come alive with new colors. You will stroll through the baroque gardens of Mirabell and learn about how Mozart was kept captive here. On Getreidegasse street - a must-see for all tourists - you will admire elegant wrought iron signs, spot the house where the great composer lived, and unravel the secret of the famous 'Mozart' chocolates. By the walls of the Cathedral, we will tell you about the greedy bishop and his cow. You will also see the St. Peter's Monastery, one of the oldest in Europe, and the cemetery where scenes from the movie 'The Sound of Music' were filmed.

How the Tour Goes
- The tour is carried out simultaneously in two languages: Russian and English
- The following stops are provided: technical breaks at highway restaurants on the way to Salzburg and back for 30 minutes, photo pauses at the Mondsee and Wolfgangsee lakes for 10 minutes each, in Salzburg 3 hours (1.5 hours walking tour and 1.5 hours of free time), a photo break at Hellbrunn Park in the summer - 10 minutes

What is Included in the Price and What is Not
- Included: transfer by bus or minibus, excursion during the journey, one and a half hour walking tour around the city, two photo breaks at alpine lakes

- You can also independently take a funicular to the fortress, the fare - from €12.90 per person (price as of 2019).
