About this experience
Adrspach is one of the largest and most picturesque rock cities in Central Europe. Hundreds of towers of different shapes, emerald lake, and waterfall - incredibly beautiful! During a walk along the 3.5 km circular route, you will see all the main attractions: Gothic gates, rock crevice, and waterfall. And if you're lucky, you'll hear a sevenfold echo.
What to Expect
Ready to explore one of the most mysterious and beautiful places in the Czech Republic? An active and informative tour awaits you in the northeastern part of the country, not far from the border with Poland. Here, in the nature reserve, lies the rocky city of Adrspach - this mysterious and impregnable corner is known as a hideout of war years and a filming location of the movie 'The Chronicles of Narnia'. The journey will require minimal physical effort: in 4 hours we will walk approximately 4 km. You will be accompanied by an active guide-geographer who will talk about the origin of the rocky city.
Excursion Itinerary
- Transfer from Prague to the village of Adrspach
- Entrance to the Rock Suburb and then to the Rock City
- Exploring the Gothic gates, walking to Elephant Square and to the lake at the site of the flooded quarry
- Summer (April-November): descent to boats for a ride on the rocky lake
- Winter: visit to the Starosta viewing platform near the 'Lovers' rock
- Free time, lunch in the rest area at the parking lot
- Return to Prague
