About this experience
From Phuket, you will travel in a comfortable car to Wat Suwan Kuha Temple - see monkeys and feed them if you wish. Accompanied by a professional guide, you will explore the Elephant's Stomach Cave in complete darkness. Touch the history of Buddhism near the Guanyin figure. And take a colorful Thai long-tail boat ride on the picturesque Cheo Lan Lake in the national park.
What to expect
Wat Suwan Kuha Temple - reclining Buddha and monkeys
First stop - the province of Phang Nga, near Phuket, where Wat Suwan Kuha Temple is located. You will see the reclining Buddha figure and royal seals. Explore caves where stalactites and stalagmites are illuminated brightly, and optionally feed the long-tailed monkeys.
Elephant's Stomach Cave - walk through the cave in the dark
Next stop - Phung Chang Cave, also known as Elephant's Stomach. Accompanied by an experienced guide, you will travel by boat, raft, and on foot along the stream's channel to explore the cave. You will see how beautifully stalactites and stalagmites are reflected in the water. The walk will take place in complete darkness and require some courage, but the result is worth it!
Wat Bang Rieng Complex - history of Buddhism
Third location - the temple complex of Wat Bang Rieng, where among jungles there are tall Guanyin figure and golden statue of Buddha Shakyamuni. You will hear the story of Miao Shan and learn the basics of Buddhist teachings.
Hin Pad Rocks - sense of freedom
Hin Pad - huge rocks surrounded by hills in the middle of the jungle. You will climb on them and admire the surroundings. And after such an impression, optionally rest and have lunch.
Khao Sok Park - viewpoint and Cheo Lan Lake
Then you will drive to Khao Sok National Park to the Ratchaprapha Dam Scenic Viewpoint, from where you will enjoy the view of Cheo Lan Lake. Descending to the pier, take a seat in a colorful Thai long-tail boat and go on a ride along the cliffs and hills to Khao Sam Kloe (four rocks) and back.
