About this experience

Imagine how the great rajahs lived, explore the ruins of palaces, bathing pools, and royal elephant stables. - Sacred melodies of the Vittala temple. After an Indian breakfast in a restaurant, you will visit the complex, where you will touch the secrets of the famous "singing" columns.
- Stone chariot. We will study one of the main symbols of Hampi. Who created it, what is amazing about the structure, and why are the wheels now firmly fixed?
- Royal baths. Inconspicuous from the outside, the building is interesting in design. Near the women's pool of the harem, you will learn about the bathing rituals in the Middle Ages and be transported to the 16th century, the sunset of the Vijayanagara Empire, when this construction was built.
- Mahal Palace, or Lotus Palace. Examining this fabulous pavilion, you will see how the ancient air conditioning system worked, so necessary in the hot Indian climate.
- Emperor's pool. You have already visited the harem baths, ahead is a complex where the ruler himself immersed in fragrant waters. Royal elephant stables. Also in the program, an unusual architectural structure - a place where royal elephants were kept. A real medieval "luxury garage".
- "Epic in stones". Hampi is one of the places of action in the "Ramayana" epic. In the Rama temple, where it is sung from dusk till dawn, you will see the carved story of the ancient Indian epic in stone.
- Virupaksha temple. The lost city remains an important Hindu center. You will visit a functioning temple dedicated to Shiva, where pilgrims have been gathering for centuries.

Day 2. Nature-landscape
- Magical morning. The next day, we will dedicate ourselves to the natural beauty. An early rise will reward you with an incomparable sunrise in the Hampi mountains.
