About this experience
Belogorka gorge is a real 'gem' in the vicinity of Bishkek. This is where we will go. The main goal of the trip is to see a 60-meter waterfall, mesmerizing in its power, scale, and beauty. The road to the gorge is accessible by car, but we will have to walk to the waterfall. Don't worry, the route is not difficult and definitely worth the effort!
What to Expect
Travel comfortably from Bishkek to Belogorka gorge in a comfortable off-road vehicle. It stands out from all others with its abundance of high rocks, trees, mines, and streams.
A light trekking awaits us to the Belogorka waterfall - one of the highest in the Tien Shan mountain system. Its spray can be felt from a distance of 200 meters. It's cool near the rushing water even on the hottest day - a great opportunity to refresh after a walk!
Our guide will tell you about the geography and nature of Kyrgyzstan, flora and fauna, culture, and history along the way. And most importantly - about the people. Hospitality and friendliness, unique traditions and customs - all these are about the people living in our multinational country.
Who is This Route For
For all nature and hiking enthusiasts. We will walk 1.5 km along the gorge. The trekking level is easy, special physical preparation is not required. The program is designed for adults and children over 12 years old.
Organizational Details
- We will travel in a comfortable Toyota off-road vehicle. The one-way journey takes 2 hours.
- If you wish, we can stop at a store for drinks and food on the way. You can also bring lunch boxes with you.
- You will be accompanied by me or another guide from our team.
