This offer is perfect for those who are not ready for a tiring bus trip. Instead of 8 hours one way, you will get to Cairo in just 1 hour. Ancient artifacts await you at the Cairo Museum, as well as famous history textbook landmarks - the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. You will learn about the pharaohs and their great secrets, and take a felucca boat ride on the Nile.
What to expect
Our tour's advantage is that you don't have to rush, visit the shops you are not interested in, and wait for your group at each monument. We will explore the sights at your comfortable pace. So, on the agenda:
Cairo Museum
In 2.5 hours we will visit the main halls, where you will get acquainted with artifacts from the Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms, see the collection of sarcophagi and the golden mask of Tutankhamun, and peek into the renovated hall with animal mummies. The guide will tell you fascinating stories about the mysteries associated with the museum's exhibits.
Nile cruise and Pyramids of Giza
A half-hour boat ride on the Nile awaits you, followed by a visit to Giza and its pyramids: Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. You will understand the techniques and secrets of their construction, learn about the priceless finds in the tombs. We will discuss both the official data of Egyptologists and the legends surrounding the Giza structures.
Great Sphinx
We will reveal the mysteries that this majestic lion-like figure holds and the myths associated with it. The guide will tell you which pharaoh the Great Sphinx resembles and what role it played in ancient Egyptian mythology. You will look into the eyes of Cairo's guardian, hear his story, and decipher the symbolism.
During the tour, we will stop at a local restaurant where a hearty lunch will await you.

- We will move around Cairo in a comfortable Hyundai H1 minivan
- Camel riding can be arranged separately for $10/person and entry inside the pyramids for $30
- Important: you need an Egyptian visa to participate. If you do not have it, we can arrange it on the day of the tour. Cost - $30.
- We will need a photo of your passport for booking
- The tour will be conducted by me or another guide from our team. In Cairo, you will be accompanied by another Russian-speaking history guide.
