I invite you to explore the diverse Seoul in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You will visit the royal palace Gyeongbokgung and the 'village in the city' Bukchon, enjoy views of Seoul from above, and stroll through the vibrant district of Ikseon-dong, beloved by local youth. I will share interesting facts from Korean history, culture, and daily life.
What to Expect
During 6 hours you will:
- Appreciate the 14th-century fortified Namdaemun Gate adorned with stunning patterns
- See the city hall and the main square of Gwanghwamun with monuments to great figures
- Visit the royal palace complex Gyeongbokgung
- Explore the ancient village of Bukchon, where the local aristocracy used to live
- Enjoy the panoramic views of Seoul from the observation deck on Bukhansan Mountain
- Take a walk in the neighborhood of Ikseon-dong with authentic cafes in 19th-century houses
- Stroll through the Insadong craftsmen street, where you can buy souvenirs
After the tour, I will take you back to your hotel or to the Myeong-dong street food area.
Organizational Details
- The tour will be conducted in a spacious Hyundai Grand Starex minivan
- Entrance tickets to Gyeongbokgung Palace are not included in the price - 3000 KRW/person. It is closed on Tuesdays. We can replace it with Deoksugung Palace
- Food and drinks are available at an additional cost
