You will wander through the colorful Chinatown, recall medieval witches in the ancient square, stop by a cozy cafe, and fall in love with the Dutch capital even more!
What to expect
Amsterdam from the inside
You will walk through the world's first Chinatown, see the happiest place in the city near the Munttoren and learn how witches were judged at the Nieuwmarkt square. You will also peek into hidden courtyards rarely reached by tourists and try the local "precious" drink at one of the authentic old cafes.
Stories, legends, traditions and more
I will tell you what shaped the character of the modern Dutch and how the locals live: how they spend their free time, what they eat and drink, which streets they stroll through, and what they value in people. Additionally, you will learn why gingerbread houses "dance" and where the most expensive kidnapping in the world took place.
