• House of Writers – the former mansion of David Sarajishvili. Inside hides a cozy restaurant courtyard and mosaic tiles reminiscent of the Titanic.
• Kalantarov’s grand mansion – one of the most impressive mansions in the area.
• Ter-Akopova profitable house, featuring painted ceilings. Inside, there is a wine bar and a café where we can relax and feel like guests of the hostess of a bygone era.
• Former Embassy of Estonia with an intricate staircase.
• House of the Seylan brothers. Inside, a painting gallery is hidden in the grand hall.
• Gudiashvili Square. Here is the house where Lermontov lived during his military service.
• Priest's grand mansion. The ceiling and walls of this grand hall are covered with unusual paintings.
• Bethlehem viewing platform – one of the coziest observation decks where we will see the central part of Tbilisi.
• Traditional bakeries offering Georgian shoti bread and modern ones with croissants.
• “Tbilisi Hogwarts” – a middle school, formerly a boarding house for noble girls, built in a Gothic style.
