About this experience
One of the less obvious reasons to visit Hurghada is to get acquainted with its cultural life. Leave it to me! I have created a rich and yet comfortable route to the city's significant places. You will see tourist attractions and local spots, locations for leisurely walks and stunning photos. History and architecture, relaxation and shopping - in our program!
What to Expect
Sand City Museum. Dozens of sand sculptures rise on an area comparable in size to a football field. The exhibition is divided into two 'halls'. The first one presents mythological stories, Egyptian rulers, and pyramids, while the second one features blockbuster heroes and popular animated characters - Iron Man, Superman, Transformers, Masha and the Bear.
Marina Bay Promenade. This is the most beautiful and clean place in the city. Its length is relatively short: we will walk from end to end and back in 40 minutes. Here you will find plenty of restaurants overlooking the bay and numerous snow-white yachts, against which you can take wonderful photos.
El-Mina Mosque - the main active temple in the city. I will tell you about its architecture, as well as about the history of Islam.
Coptic Church. In the El-Dahar district, there is an unusual church that attracts attention with a whimsical combination of Christian architectural traditions and Islamic elements. I will tell you about its origin, decoration features, and parishioners.
Natural Oils Factory. A local guide will share interesting facts about natural oils and their beneficial effects while you sit under the air conditioner with a cup of tea or coffee. After the presentation, you can buy essences, oils, and teas.
