About this experience
When you've explored every corner of the hotel, visited all the bars and pools, it's time to get to know Hurghada. It's best done in the company of a professional guide. We have put together an optimal route for you to visit the significant places in the city. We will show you the viewpoints and tell you how Hurghada evolved from a simple fishing village into a popular resort.
What to Expect
Old Town. You will see the non-touristy Hurghada - a fishing district with low one-story houses where locals live. Get acquainted with the fishermen's way of life.
Hurghada Panorama. From the highest point, enjoy a beautiful view of the city and the Red Sea.
Fish Market. The largest in Hurghada, where fishermen sell freshly caught fish. They will also prepare it for you on the spot.
El Mina Mosque. This is the main active temple in the city. The guide will talk about its architecture, as well as the history of Islam.
Papyrus Museum. You will see real plants used to make the writing material. Watch as magical pictures appear under the artist's hand. Try writing your name in ancient Egyptian.
Natural Oils Factory. The guide will share interesting facts about natural oils and their beneficial effects while you sit under the air conditioning with a cup of tea or coffee. After the story, you can buy essences, oils, and teas.
