We invite you to explore the places where amazing legends and traditions live - the elegant 18th-century royal palace in Cascais, the medieval fortified town of Obidos, the fishing village of Nazare, and the grand monastery in Alcobaca.
What to Expect
The diverse Portuguese culture and history never cease to amaze us, even though we have been living here for a long time. Have you heard the story of the tragic fate of the insane Queen Maria? What about the legend of the Holy Queen Isabel of Portugal? Or the famous artist Josefa Obidos? How about the tale of the miraculous rescue of the knight Don Fuas Roupinho? Or the story of the eternal love of Pedro and Ines? Come and we will tell you everything, it won't be boring. ;)
So, we will visit:
- royal palace in Cascais
- medieval fortified town of Obidos
- fishing village Nazare (where we will have lunch at a seafood restaurant)
- Cistercian Monastery of Santa Maria in Alcobaca (UNESCO World Heritage Site)

- The tour is conducted by a guide in their car. The tour can also be arranged for a larger group (cost provided upon request).
- The entrance fees are not included in the tour price: Royal Palace in Cascais - 10€; Monastery of Santa Maria in Alcobaca - 6€.
