About this experience
If you don't like the heat, an evening tour is the perfect option! In the rays of the setting sun aboard a sailboat, you will admire the sights of Cairo from the water. And as you walk through the Old City, you will explore the architecture of historic buildings and learn about ancient Egyptian traditions. We will definitely take a break to have dinner, drink coffee, and watch a show.
What to Expect
By the River - on a Boat
From your hotel in a comfortable car, we will head to the city center where historic buildings are located. We will start our journey with a cruise on the Nile. We will watch the sun move across the sky and remember the ancient Egyptian god who similarly rode his chariot across the sky.
Through the Evening City - on Foot
Then we will explore the alleys, learn about Egyptian evening customs, and stroll through the Khan El-Khalili market, the oldest in the Middle East. Our route will pass through Al-Muizz street. You will like it there: no trash, crowds, or constant traffic noise like in other parts of the city. Along the way, we will have coffee at 'Feshawi' - the oldest coffee shop in Cairo, have dinner at a local restaurant, and watch a folklore show.
Logistical Details
